Once upon a time, people lived in harmony with the earth; horses were an important part of their lives for work and play. At Sagewood this way of life can be found again just minutes from the University of GA. & downtown Athens. Much more than just a conservation subdivision; Sagewood offers 16 mini-ranch homesites all with insanely reasonable stable priviliges!! All the homes are surrounded by 18 acres of community pasture as well as riding and jogging trails for our horses, pets, and owners to enjoy. Watch for our newest addition... a community dressage arena!!

Welcome to all our fury friends new and old alike! I won't name all the neighborhood dogs as we just don't have the space!!

There are seven horses living (the good life) at Sagewood... Dial, Moesha, Lucy, Twister, Boots, Sins, and Debo. Unfortunately both Meg, and our old friend Cherokee Passed away recently. We will all miss them!! Our facilities currently include...18 acres of pasture, a 4-stall barn with seperate tack, hay room & work ring, a 3-stall barn with tack, turn-out & riding ring, and a mile long trail for shaded country rides. So far, we have interests in eventing, hunter/jumper, western pleasure and just plain pleasure!!

Here at Sagewood... Horseplay IS permitted, and  running and jumping ARE encouraged!!
